1. Services (Digital Marketing, Website Development, Video Editing)

Due to the nature of our services, which are customized and labor-intensive, refunds are provided under limited conditions. Please read the guidelines below:

  • Initial Consultation and Project Scope: We offer a detailed consultation to ensure the project requirements are clearly understood and agreed upon before starting any work. Once the project begins, refunds may not be possible unless specific conditions are met.
  • Service Refunds:
    • Digital Marketing & Website Development: Refunds for these services are generally not provided once work has commenced, as they involve significant planning, time, and effort. However, if you are unsatisfied with the service, please contact us to discuss your concerns, and we will do our best to resolve any issues.
    • Video Editing Services: Due to the creative nature of video editing, we cannot offer refunds once the initial draft has been delivered. However, we do offer a set number of revisions (outlined in our agreement) to ensure the final product meets your expectations.
  • Project Cancellations: If you wish to cancel a project after payment but before any work has started, you may be eligible for a full refund, minus any administrative or consultation fees. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.

2. Digital Products (Courses & eBooks)

For digital products such as online courses and eBooks, refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • eBooks: Due to the digital nature of eBooks, all sales are final, and refunds will not be issued once the eBook has been downloaded or accessed.
  • Courses:
    • Refunds: We offer a refund for courses within the first 7 days of purchase, provided that less than 25% of the course has been completed. To request a refund, please contact us with proof of purchase.
    • No Refund After Course Completion: If you have completed more than 25% of the course content, or if the 7-day period has passed, no refund will be issued.

3. Custom Orders (Special Requests)

For custom service requests or bespoke projects not covered by our standard offerings, we will communicate the specific refund terms at the time of agreement. These may vary depending on the project’s complexity and scope.

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the guidelines above, please follow these steps:
